What do I bring to my first session?
Just yourself with a clean face (no make up, no lotions or sunscreen & no mascara). You’ll need a way to pay for an extras like taxes or aftercare, a copy of your Groupon (on the app works great!) but otherwise, just bring yourself and an idea of what you’re looking for. Photos are always a great idea!
What happens during my consult?
During your consult we will ask a number of questions to get a clear idea of what you’re looking for. With lash extensions or lifts, we’ll go thought photos and educate you on the process & the answer any questions you may have. For skin treatments, we’ll do the same, but our process requires an extra form, to ensure there won’t be any negative reactions based on your current diet & regime.
Why do I owe taxes if I purchased a Groupon?
When you purchase a Groupon, you’re essentially doing business with two (2) different businesses. When you checked out with Groupon, you paid taxes for their purchase, but you’ll still owe taxes to us, as we’re a separate entity and we still need to collect taxes for your services rendered. What do I do once I arrive?
If you arrive to no parking available in the designated spaces* (more info), please wait in your vehicle, and send a quick message. We’re most likely finishing up with a client and if you message us we’ll let you know when we’re free.
Once you’ve parked, please walk along the front of the building to the gate at the end of the sidewalk. Please ring the doorbell above the doorknob & we’ll open up for you.
*DO NOT park in the front of the building as these spaces belong to another business. You are subject to towing at owners expenses if you park anywhere but in the designated spaces. Please reach out if you have any questions.
